Overstrand Gardening Club
The Overstrand Gardening Club was formed in 2000.
The object of the club is to provide those interested in gardening with a chance to expand their interest, get answers to horticultural questions, meet like minded people and enjoy social occasions together.
We meet on the first Tuesday in each month in the Parish Hall, The Londs, Overstrand NR27 0AB (is the nearest postcode.) Meetings start at 14.30 doors open at 14.15. Membership £15 per year, Visitors £3.50 per meeting. Refreshments are provided at the end of each meeting.
We have a plant stall at most meetings. Donations of plants and seeds welcome.
A very warm welcome is extended to all prospective members and visitors.

Tuesday 7th April - AGM and Seed Sowing Workshop
Tuesday 5th May - Talk on Garden Diversity by Kathy Gray
Tuesday 2nd June - Hanging Basket Demonstration and Taking Cuttings
Thursday 18th June - Visit to Houghton Hall, together with members of North Walsham Gardening Club
Tuesday 7th July - Members will be visiting Felbrigg Hall for a guided tour around the walled garden.
After the tour, there will be an opportunity to enjoy refreshments in the Squires Pantry tea room.
Time and meeting place will be emailed to members.
Tuesday 4th August - Afternoon Tea and Quiz
Tuesday 1st September - The Rockery Garden presented by Gail Harland - a history of plants and people
Tuesday 6th October - Talk by Andrew Sankey (subject to be confirmed)
Tuesday 3rd November - Christmas Crafting
Tuesday 1st December - Christmas Social/Lunch - venue to be confirmed.
